Best Chinese food in Howe IN. If you're looking for REAL CHINESE DUMPLINGS this is the place to get it. Great egg rolls. Awesome crab rangoons. Mandarin dishes are awesome. Lo miens are authentic. Real Chinese food cooked fresh for you, not like the buffet type. They have Hunan Style dishes now too. General Tso Chicken is the boss.
