An excellent experience at Bob Bannerman while purchasing a vehicle. Adam Baskie (sales), Clinton (business office) and the dealership owner were all great to work with. I received attentive and honest service throughout the process. Adam made the process, including price negotiations simple and transparent - I never felt they were trying to mislead or take advantage. I had unpleasant experiences at other dealerships - this one was significantly different and much, much better. This dealership respects and values their customers and cares about building long-term relationships.

I've been going to Bannerman for service over the last two years - unfortunately I will stop going there due to the sloppy service every time I've had my car serviced! The third time they messed up again - called the service manager Linda who didn't seem to care or even ask me what the problem was. They need to have more pride in their work and take the extra few minutes to make sure they did the job right so that customers don't have to go back again and again to fix the same issue! I really hope the manager or someone in charge their can realize that it looks bad on them and they need to step it up and do a better job managing.

Advertised a price for a vehicle and kept trying to charge me extra for "accessories" already on the vehicle. I finally caved on the fog lights (really?!?) and I am happy to say I have never purchased another vehicle from them. PS: Since they do seem to be responding to posts, I will say I purchased Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2003.

Came in to replace a broken antenna. Job took about 30 minutes and was charged pro rata at a rate of $130/hour. Simple and efficient so no complaints, and staff was nice and helpful.
