I just leased my new 2025 Tiguan yesterday, and Pengyu Wang was amazing! He was very professional, patient, and made the whole process so smooth. The 2025 Tiguan is absolutely amazing – I chose Ascot Grey this time and I love it so much! Two years ago, I had a dark grey Tiguan, but now I really enjoy the new big screen and ambient lighting. This is actually my second car from Don Valley Volkswagen – two years ago, Simon helped me with my first car here. Both times have been great experiences. I highly recommend this dealership – everyone here is wonderful to work with!
I want to start off that I had a wonderful experience buying a car from this dealership. However, it went down hill about 9 months after I bought the car. The car runs fine and I'm enjoying it, but with the warmer weather and my windows down, I started to hear this clicking sound. So I took the car in for inspection, and it was discovered that the clicking sound was a piece of a tire machine see photo. Because the inspection and getting the piece out was not under warranty I was charged $300. The reason for no reimbursement was because 9 months had passed. Now I would have been okay with this but there was NO WAY for me to identify this issue within my windows down. And we all know I'm not doing that in winter. So instead of trying to solve this problem, VW Don Valley decided to fight me. Don't deal with these people. They're there to sell you a car, not provide good customer service.
