Glow Juicery

Be Careful ordering online. This place only has one location I believe and yet they list multiple locations on their website. Some of the other locations listed are no longer part of the Glow franchise. If you pay via the website for another location you won’t get your juice. I do not know why she doesn’t remove the locations that no longer belong to her. Red Deer is independent and is No longer associated with Glow.

I went to this location hoping for Fan Fan, as that is what the overhead sign says, but I was happy to see the wide selection of vegan donuts! However, the donut dough itself is meh for the price. The tops of the donuts are quite yummy though. My biggest issue is that the prices displayed were incorrect. I purchased a 6 pack of vegan donuts for an advertised price of $18 and was charged $25. The employee said this was because prices had increased but they hasn't been given a new sign. It would have been helpful if the sign was updated, even with a little sticker or note on it, as it's a pretty large difference in prices. Overall I'm really happy that there are non-cake vegan donuts nearby, but I probably won't be back because of my negative experience.

Glow Juicery has incredible products that are very healthy. The owner, Marnie Ashcroft, really cares about peoples health. This is certainly why the products are so fresh and delicious!

So glad I found this place after having to switch to a super restricted diet for medical reasons! They have a few juices that have only low fodmap ingredients and every one I tried tasted great and fresh! I love having one for breakfast or if I'm out and about and need a lil something to keep going until supper. It's tough to spend 10 dollars on juice but it's chalk full of fruit and veggies that I don't get enough of by eating them so it's worth it for me. And I justify that I am spending it on my health and getting a ton of nutrients rather than a quarter pounder meal which is in the same price bracket and full of ??? They also have cute little snacks with fun names pictured but I'd love if they had more options without dates...

I entered and paid debit for two three day intermediate cleanses in the $600 range. I requested and they agreed to contact me via phone instead of email for pickup of my cleanses. I recoeved an email which stated they were unable to reach me via phone so they had restocked their shelves. They offered to remake my order with 25 hours notice. I called when I returned from the lower Mainland and they didnt honour their previous promise. I went in person to resolve this issue and they would not refund my order. They once again took my information and said they would get back to me. After three days I attempted to contact them to follow up and once again failed to recieve a response. Piss poor customer service. Avoid this place as to not get scammed.

Fantastic! Love the atmosphere, and all their products - best vegan desserts ever! The smoothies are a fav too!

There juice is very very good. Was highly addicted but it’s just a little to pricey if you get them regularly. Had to cut back! Subs a loyalty card?

I would happily support this juicery more if you guys used less plastic. Or if your products were organic. I wouldn't mind spending even more money if you guys went plastic free.
