I was visiting my sister in Virginia, and they chose this place for dinner so we could watch March Madness games. I've been to another Glory Days previously and was never disappointed. This time was no different. We all ordered different cheese burgers, and they were excellent. My bun was very fresh, which is always important. The onion rings and fries were also good. Our server, Aidan, was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend for a good burger.
Nice neighborhood sports bar. I live nearby, but had never gone, so I treated myself to lunch. Had a great meal, service was nice too. It’s packed at dinner, especially at game time, so bear that in mind if you’re concerned about COVID exposure. If you’re not, enjoy!
First time and we all loved it. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Wings were so so good! Will be back!
I was visiting for the weekend and my friend suggested GloryDays for dinner I ordered a burger with mushrooms and cheese it was very good. the food was good the staff was very friendly and welcoming I diffidently visited again on my next visit to Virginia.
We just relocated to the Reston area for work and after a long first week of work we decided to decompress and have a few drinks and food in a walking distance place from our apartment and I am so glad we tried this place. As a classical trained chef I don't have high expectations when it comes to the typical 8 oz sirloin steak with two sides, but boy I was in for a surprise, the steak was cooked to a medium rare perfection, tender and tasty to the last bite, the salad and fries were also delightful. Since we were impressed with our meals we decided to get the peach cobbler with ice-cream for dessert and it was fantastic. Our server Julian and host Jay were very friendly and provided us with great customer care. I am very happy to have found our new close to home hanging spot and can't wait for football Sundays to try the wings with beer.
A few veggie options, relaxing.. more of a elder crowd, family and friends hangout and sports TV, courteous staff.
This was my first time visiting with my co-worker. I arrived and was seated right away while I waited. She arrived soon after and we ordered Peach Margaritas. The first few sips were good but it didn’t taste so good after I blame the salt that was covering the rim which I totally forgot is standard for these drinks. Luckily, I also had a glass of water and soon after ordered a Dr. Pepper. Server came back quickly with my soda and said they don’t serve Dr. Pepper so he got me a Pibb instead and mentioned “it’s the same thing” In my mind: No it’s not, but ok I’ll be nice and not make a fuss. My co-worker ordered boneless wings and I got the cheesesteak with fries. The sandwich was huge and it literally looked like there was no bun. I cut my sandwich in half and it got pretty messy thereafter. I wish the bun was toasted because it was pretty soggy from the first bite. Unfortunately, I was starving so ate it all anyway. I looked over the menu once more and noticed they had funnel cake fries for dessert so I got one order with a side of hot fudge that the server recommended. The fries were good and crispy but super greasy. I ate a handful and before we knew it, it was about an hour before closing time. I guess time flies when you’re having a good time! Our server kept asking if we were ready for the check and that there was no rush, but it was kind of weird he kept bringing it up despite telling us not to worry. We paid soon after and called it a night. Service was good and staff were friendly but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. Food wasn’t anything to really rave about, but I did appreciate the fast and friendly service.
Worst Phillie steak sub ever. Very little meat, a lot of bread, and low on overall flavor. Caesar salad was diced really small. Not a lot or any Caesar dressing. Worst Caesar salad I've ever had too. Other than that, I like the place and their wings and sometimes their food is average and even above. Not last time I wen though.
This place has improved a lot since I first came here a few years ago. The food is really good, enough that I don’t need to go to other places if I’m not in a sports bar kind of mood. But they need to hire a lot more waitstaff cause I came in on a Saturday night, full house, and I think there were two guys serving the whole restaurant. I have to imagine my server was overwhelmed and that’s why he took a while to get us some waters and what not.
We love how you get the sports bar & grill vibe without all the noise! The tvs were everywhere, but you had the option to listen to whichever tv via your phone! I appreciated not having to talk over tvs and/or loud music. We also loved the wide variety of the menu, great prices, and the wings tasted great!
