No one should book from this unprofessional and incompetent agency. Time wasters. Never get back on time or follow through. Because if their silly excuses and lack of getting back in a timely fashion our flights jumped up $200 each. We had to chase them. They made it sound like they are doing is a favour. I told them I'm taking my business elsewhere. And my trip for a family of 4 cost us a lot Ps their prices are substantially higher than any other agency or online.
