I had a cargo trailer, seacan, heated storage and a seadoo over the last 2 years stored at J&J. The owner and property manager are amazing people to deal with and you won’t find better customer service! My items were safe with no issues, pricing was great and highly recommended J&J Storage for any of your storage needs :

We had been storing our trailer at J & J Storage since 2016 with no issues at all. The level of customer service was great! Even with us living out of province, we knew our trailer was secure. Love the fact that is was a secured area and they would even take care of winterizing as well as arranging for any quick repairs that were needed. Would highly recommend.

This company has been great to deal. First motor home purchased 7 years ago ; used J & J Storage every year. Fair pricing for storage space received; proper accounting and invoicing. So handy to RD; never any security or vandalism issues. All staff have been flexible and accommodating when required. Sometimes even answers the phone when you'd expect them to be closed! I find J & J Storage to be a trustworthy business, and my experience with them has been top notch.

Rude stuff getting attacked when you turn on the road site.

I had an issue with another customer unintentionally damageding my stored vehicle the people at JJ storage looked after the situation and handled all the repairs customer satisfaction to the top. Great job guys!!!!. And thanks.

First storage experience with my new holiday trailer and was not impressed. They stuck me in an undersized space that they assured was of adequate size for my trailer. As I show up to park it, they have a baracade on the right hand side of the space, blocking an extra 3 feet of usable space. Finally got it to back in there within less than an inch of clearance from my neighbor and the baracade. When going to pickup, driving out I almost ripped my jackstand off on the baracade because of how tight it was. Receptionist did nothing to try and resolve my complaint of the baracade being in the way. Classic case of a company trying to force a sale to an unqualified candidate - they shouldn't have that space there for anything above 15 ft in length. Poor judgement on their part. Would've rathered they just declined offering me the space instead of the run around.

Great storage facility. Owner is very passionate about providing a safe and secure storage facility. Worth a visit if you need to find an RV or Trailer storage facility near Red Deer.
