My AC went out and I called several companies. One couldn't get to me for three weeks. Another couldn't come until the next week unless I paid $150 extra for after hours work . I called Glen's Plumbing and within a couple hours Lee came. He found the problem and fixed it . I was greatful as it was suppose to get to 105 degrees that day. I just received the bill and feel like it was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate one bit calling them if I needed them. Janet Rowland

Service used to be great but not anymore. Called to have them check our backflo preventer because a pin was rusty and wouldn't come out and they came and looked and said it would be over 6000$ and would have to dig up the basement. He did not even try to remove the pin. So after his quote we eventually were able to replace the pin ourselves. Then we received a bill for 65$. We will not use them anymore. And dont buy a furnace or ac unit from them. I have family that purchased an ac unit brand new that already has issues. They will not bring a new unit but will keep coming to do the repairs. Told them they needed to call the manufacturer. If you pay $6000 shouldn't it work or be replaced if it is supposedly brand new? Wont use them anymore and would not recommend them. Poor customer service.

If you want sloppy work, exhaust coming into your home, and an "experience" technician tell you its normal for a heater exchange to be rusting for a unit that is only 2 years old, hire this place. Oh, yeah I forgot about the method they use to seal duck work, a can of spray foam to add to the visual and health nightmare that it has caused my family. Installed a unit that is emitting exhaust into home, wont solve satisfactory. My family of 8 is experience health problem because of carelessness. Paid company $6000 to properly install a complete HVAC system, three years ago. Every year during the winter month, I smell exhaust coming into the home intermediately. I have repeatably called the company, and like lost puppies, have shown to my house not knowing what to do. One year they suggested, that it was low humidity, next year winter comes around, I report again that there is an exhaust smell coming into home, we were blown off. I call other plumbers and they have come out and have scooped out the heater exchange and have reported to me of a possible crack in it and there is signs of rust. I call the owner and he blow me off.

I placed a phone call after hours and the company called me bright and early to schedule a same day appointment the next morning. Jacob came promtly on time and he was .informative, he explained everything and was very pleasant.

Work not the best. Don't clean up after themselves. Had to have some work redone, but took forever. The lady who runs office has a big attitude. Ended up switching to another company.

All about money when i called them she abruptly told me there must be an adult there and some one to pay also there are 4 adults in my house but i wasn't even had a chance to say that. I called someone else

Always good, always on time, if you have an emergency they are there for you. Have used them since I moved here in 2006 and have never been disappointed
