Was very charming and gentle dentist I've ever been to plus kept saying if I'm in pain then she can stop..wht a lovely dentist indeed and did fantastic job on my tooth plus will definitely come to whenever i have tooth problem..ps thx for making my smile look gorgeous and stunning..
I have been there twice over the course of 3 days as my extraction site unfortunately developed complications due to factors beyond my or the dentist's control. The staff are so helpful and empathetic and the dentist is by far the best I have ever been to. This is the first dentist I have ever been to who gave me multiple options instead of just diving into expensive treatments which could have been avoided. I will definitely stick to this practice and this dentist!
I've been there twice and each time has been fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and organised. Dr Jones is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to keep you relaxed and informed throughout the visit. She did an amazing job in both cases. Probably the best dentist I've ever had - highly recommended.
I had both a root canal and a filling done here. After 7 months both of it failed. I had the filling fixed but the root canal was so expensive, I couldn't afford to have it done again. I called later and asked if they could just pull the tooth, they said it would cost minimum R700...after only having it done 7 months ago and failing. And a root canal cost SO MUCH money! And my filling falling out after 7 months. The staff there were all really nice and lovely so I don't like writing a bad review but after being in such constant pain for such a long time, it's difficult to recommend going there.
Stay away from Glengarry Dental. For months they don't reconciliate their accounts with 'Head Office' and keep sending notices for payment - each one is responded with the proof of payment and then we get a final notice that they will hand us over to a debt collector. When calling in, Karien laughs about the situation and asks what she should do about it your job maybe?. I have never dealt with anyone who is so unwilling to help, but quick to mar someone's credit record over a paid account. *I'd like to mention that when we called in she said she knew who we were and named someone else, so I'm guessing we are not the only people going through this with this practice
I have been going to this dental practice for many years now. I found there rates fair, the service is excellent. I rate the staff and the practice, full marks.
Always friendly. Definitely know what they are doing. Whole family has been using them for ages. Prices also good. If your looking for a dentist give them a try!
Friendly, and definitely know what they're doing. My teeth was so clean. Will I use them again? Absolutely . Prices good too.
The best dentist I have ever been. She knows what she does. She is very soft and professional. Highly recommended!
