Dentistry At Cornwall

Excellent dental office! Staff is friendly and makes you feel relaxed. Dr. Alma cares for her patients and it shows in her amazing work! Would definitely recommend this office.

The dentist is very skilled, she makes me comfortable and knows how to deal with nervous people like me. I highly recommend her.

Very good experience. Really warm and friendly staff . Had an emergency and they took me right away. Highly recommend

Was passing by town and stopped at Dentistry at Cornwall or a little emergency. Was fixed in no time, no pain, my gain! :) Best dentist ever, dr. Alma Iancau, highly recommended! She has a gazzilion dentistry diplomas. Luckily the dental office is very large :) Also well equiped with latest technology and TV's in every room.

Completely agree with previous comment by Shannon. A single star is already too much! Called in to cancel an appointment with more than 24 hrs notice. I was put on hold for several minutes to be transferred to a lady that told me that a $ 50 fee was charged if notice was not given at least 4 days before the appointment. When I said that I lived in Montreal and couldn't go to Cornwall at that time for the appt and that I was not paying any fees, she just answered : "well, just don't, bye" and hang up! Now, you call this customer service? This is how you retain clients? No empathy, not even the curiosity to ask what might have happened, no options for rescheduling, no nothing. "You are not paying the fees? Well, f... you!" She didn't say it, but that was the real message behind her words. When I called back a few minutes later to complain about the service and say that I would comment on social media, she even threatened me: "...be careful with that" she told me. Be careful with what, sorry??? So here I am, writing my comment on Google; FB an Twitter will follow. Very unprofessional, unpolite, inconsiderate, uneducated staff. HORRIBLE experience!
