The staff are very accommodating, very helpful. Discretion and efficient, I can't say enough. Later on a visit, a grounds keeper graciously helped me to my area, stopped work to help me. The grounds are soothing and well taken care of.

Poor Customer Service/Telephone Etiquette I called to verify operational hours (plot acquisition) prior to me heading to location. I called twice. I was TOLD (not asked) to hold on both occasions by a young lady. I was on hold the 1st time for 12 mins & the 2nd time for more than 20 minutes. Stellar Customer Service DOESN'T exist here!!!

Oscar Chavez is not too smart. Buy your casket and vault online to save money before going to the funeral home or cemetery.

My daughter has been buried here since 2009, and I'm very pleased with the upkeep. I have never encountered any of the things that others are complaining about. The office staff has always been very helpful each time that I have visited my daughters grave. If I could afford it I would purchase a family plot for myself and my other children and grandchildren, and also have my son, my mom and grandparents and other family members moved from Burr Oaks to OAKRIDGE.
