Very good pizza! My fav is The Ranch but all of their pizza is good and can’t go wrong. They have an outdoor patio for when the weather is right! Plenty of parking and easy to get to from the mall/interstate.
Perfectly average experience, not worth the wait. Tasty pizza, good crust, delivered “on time” within the given window that we learned only upon order confirmation. Would have appreciated a time frame on the website, if they can’t afford a web developer to figure out a solution for clock that updates and is accurate day to day, then a disclaimer stating that 2 hour wait times are normal rather than “rush hour is busy” generic statements would be helpful. Our true feeling though is that it’s a pizza chain, and pizza is a Friday/Saturday night staple in America. It kind of seems like a bad business model to be consistently poor in this area. Delivery window was 2 hours long at 7 on a Saturday no football, holiday or special event. Seems like this is only a good option for dine in, very patient people, or those who particularly love this pizza place. It was pricey for what it is and not super impressive. We were perfectly content, nothing more. Any pizza chain could have provided this exact experience with more value for the money and in less time. Will likely not order again but will not call to complain either.
The pizza is unquestionably good. This location has been troubled for years now. I was really excited to hear they recently got new owners. Finally I thought things will get better. The pizza is still great the business operations at this location still seem a miss. One example on a Sunday at lunch they had a closed dinning room. Why have an open sign in your window if your dine is closed until 4. These are minor inconvenience for me but lost revenue opportunities for the business. I'll probably try again, but it's just a shame. Lucky for Appleton we have other nearby options for great pizza and reliable business hours.
I ordered the nickel bites and Alfredo pasta. It was good and the service was friendly.Recommended dishesNickel Nuggets
Glass Nickel is our favorite place to play trivia. We love their monthly pizzas and the atmosphere. The number one pull is their wait staff. Bryon is the best server I’ve ever had anywhere. He’s so attentive and adds to our experience. It’s hard to find good workers, but Bryon is a keeper.
Bryon was incredible. Wasn't our waiter but he got our entire tip hand delivered because he actually served us .. unlike the waiter assigned to our table. We saw people come in, be seated, and end up leaving because nobody served them ... All before we were served. Pizza was average. Took far too long. Ended up going to the counter to get our check and pay. Bryon needs to be promoted to manager and everyone else needs to step up or be let go.
The pizza here is good, but they are always running late by at least 10 minutes. They do have signs that say they have a staff shortage, so I never make a fuss or anything, and the food is worth the way. Sometimes the staff that is working is avoidant though, probably because they know your order is behind lol.Food: 5/5
This pizza is amazing! My favorite is the Hawaiian Pie-O. I've never actually eaten here, but I have ordered out several times. Service is friendly and speedy, and they offer some really awesome flavors.Food: 5/5
This was one of the worst pizza's I have ever had. The pizza and cheese bread both were cold when we recieved them, and the pizza order was for thin crustwas not on a traditional crust the entire pizza was oil soaked. I do not know what happened with this order but I will not be ordering again. This was a good pizza place at one time but something has changed and it was not a good change. My order done on 09/26/2022 was my last a $33 order was tossed with less then a 1/4 of it eaten. This was the most horrific looking and tasting pizza and cheesybread I have ever ordered and we waited almost 90 minutes for what was nothing more then garbage. M. Duetsch
We are greeted with no eye contact and was brought to a table. It was like she was days away from retiring. Food was excellent. Longer wait than expected but worth it.Food: 5/5
