The employees were very nice to the kids and very helpful to me. Very classy way to enjoy a birthday party. Kids really enjoyed the food. My daughters only complaint, and you have to keep in mind that I take her to have manicures and pedicures regularly, was that the application of the nail polish wasn't up to the standards she is used to. Other than that, wonderful time!
I had 2 Birthday Parties here and it was fantastic both times. They have excellent "kids services" and really know how to make the girls feel like Queens. The place was spotless. Kids had a great time. I give them 9/10
We had my daughter's birthday there today. The place is beautiful, clean, stylish, and has lots of fun & engaging activities for the kids. The staff were very friendly, caring & attentive. The cost was reasonable. A perfect birthday party.
Cute place for teenie boppers...I would not recommend for ages 11 and up as the environment and services are more geared toward smaller children. I think the add ons are extremely over priced taking into account that the child doesn't actually make the items and they are smaller than sample size.
Ok I have to admit they do not focus on quality at all. The girl is nice. Yes you are doing a kids hands but for 60.00 plus tax gratitude is not included at least do a decent mani and pedi. The services is really slapping on random products mini bath bombs soak and salt scrub and remove it really super fast, apply lotion but no massage. Pretend to file nails then finish it of with a smudgy nail polish. because for some reason its a race against time. Yet, we are the only customer there. The facial is mask with cucumbers while sitting on a bench. She did not wash my kids face but straight to a thin application of mask. have it on for a min or two then remove it with a wet towel while sitting. Maybe you are paying for the ambiance, a pink lemonade and a mini cupcake you get from walmart but it's not worth it. You get more better service else where.
I would definitely not recommend this place and think my 2 stars is a bit generous but this is a really great concept, too bad they have people working for them that really have no clue! Horrible service with no attention to quality. Snack/cupcake options are cheap so is the bath creation - no supplies. Just bad, better off with chucky cheese.
Vanessa and kassandra were wonderful! Had a great first experience for my daughters 7th birthday! My daughter loved it! Great place!
Awesome! They really made me look like Super Mom when my daughter celebrated her 10th Birthday with her cousins last year! I love Glama Gal Yorkdale!!!!!
Great birthday spot for my 5 year old princess. She and her friends had a great time and were made to feel special.
It's the best place for girls birthday parties .. Clean .. Classy .. Extremely great awesome fun staff .. Don't think twice .. Book it and you are about to create a great memories for your girl
