I pre-paid for a visit and then when my sister checked in person, she was charged again. We unfortunately didn't recognize that we were charged twice until the actual check-in office was closed, so I waited until Monday to get the refund. They said they don't do a good job tracking payments so was unable to process my refund. Seemed like they were unwilling to work with me for a simple solution.

I called to ask for information about renting kayaks for a float down a river. A young female working at Glacier Park Boat Co answered the phone and mumbled a few sentences, it was hard to understand, and responded with "I have a wait of people...I'm putting the phone down... you can hold...". With no time to respond, I patiently waited for 8 minutes until she picked the phone up and said "are you there? wow you waited? okay. well it's not my job to help answer your questions." So I inquired about who to ask for help and she quickly said "It isn't my job. I'm doing my job now. I don't know. A ranger?" This interaction was extremely unhelpful and a waste of my time. Just giving everyone a heads up!
