We moved out of Montreal, Canada in 2015 and we had our apartment for sale since Fall 2014. It took us 2 years to sell our condo even though it was in pristine condition (a beautiful beautiful condo in a less than 5 years old building) but the market got really tough on sellers. M. et Mme. Saadi. Mon conjoint et moi étions depuis plusieurs mois à la recherche de notre première maison, sans succès jusqu'à ce qu'on nous présente Mr Farinacci (Giovanni). Lors d'une première rencontre où il s'est déplacé chez nous, nous avons pu lui exposer nos souhaits et ce qu'on voulait pour notre famille, il a aussi su nous orienter et nous conseiller. Lors des visites, son aide fût précieuse, une entente a rapidement été conclue et nous nous apprêtons à débuter une nouvelle vie dans notre nouvelle maison.
