Gionino's Pizzeria

Not very helpful. Asked for a special price on two cheese pizzas for a non-profit kids club Christmas party. The person who we talked to was difficult and did not want to deal with us. Romeos offers non-profit discounts and does not give you a hard time when placing the order. Very disappointing, Gioninos.

Very upset ordered large mushroom and sausage and I got onions peppers, nasty raw onions, and we ordered white pizza that was not even done the crust was raw dough. The gluten free pizza they put anchovies only no onion no sausage , no pepperoni. The GF pizza was a deluxe . Hopefully that was gluten free because there is an allergy here. Then the white pizza was so dry undercooked and just plain nasty. The small pepperoni was no better then Chef boy R D but this was a lot of money we paid. I call to talk to the manager and the poser answers saying he's the manager "Robbie" when I asked the last name he said um Real course" "Robbie " he was whispering which tells me no manager is on duty watching these kids. Not to mention they answered the phone and set it down and I was talking to no one. Very rude. If you think your gonna get good service here or even have a real hard working person helping you when in need. Its not not like it used to be, just nasty. I'm disappointed because the prices are to high to creating such havic with the uncooked pizza , all wrong toppings and have bad service. And have a liar on the payroll, hes a poser and tries to act as if he is a manager but yet is whispering and won't give me his last name that's not a manager that's child with no class and does not deserve a job.. Highly disappointed I will order from little Caesars the home of the 5 dollar pizzas, because they have a great pizza everytime.

Amazing pizza and JoJo's ... staff is always amazing and friendly, and food is always fast and delicious

We get pizza and boneless wings usually once a week from this store. Always amazing food and service! Fantastic crew at this location! Keep up the great work, they are so well staffed and everyone from the front, to the back to the drivers do an amazing job! Appreciate all their hard work!

Couple weeks ago got chicken it was burnt and dry. Couldn't eat. Last week it took almost 2hours to be delivered when we were told 45 to 60 minutes. I don't know what is going on. They are usually the best and always recommend. Maybe a problem with not enough help.

I highly recommend there florentine pizza, best pizza I've had since I moved out here. I don't know how to rate the atmosphere option on here never been inside.Food: 3/5

Horrible pizza we just got usually it is pretty good but garbage tonight

We ordered a pepperoni and mushrooms pizza via delivery. The pie was pipping hot, on time and loaded with toppings. Best pizza we've had in a while. We will be back. Albert

Waited over 1hour 30 minutes for the food got it and it was all cold. they forgot to bring the pizza we ordered. They said that we did not order cheese on our caprizi salad which is a lie. No plastic wear cause I'm in a hotel and no napkins . And to think they asked for a tip before the food arrived . I'll never order from theses totally unprofessional people again. If they can't get a simple order right how are they preparing your food.?
