The guys at Gino's go above and beyond to make sure your experience is PHENOMENAL!! Out of the hundreds of pizza joints I've visited, this one is hands down in the top 5. The pizzas are made so well that you can't stop enjoying it. The owners are some of the nicest and honest people ive ever come across. Any issues that may arise, are promptly addressed and the outcome is always more then expected. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! ,
There are new owners at Gino’s Pizza in Ancaster, two brothers bought the store. The second I arrived at the store I received a warm greeting and instantly felt appreciated and welcomed! My order was completed quickly and the pizza was delicious! We will be back again soon!
So apparently this place has new owners? These guys must be from Sicily because this is pizza is delicious, dominos, Pizza Hut etc. Could not dream of being this good. Keep up the good work lads
New owners came in a few months ago, and it really changed my opinion on Gino’s, without going on for too long, the pizza is amazing, the service is quick, but the pizza is amazing, I couldn’t believe I was eating Gino’s pizza! Would definitely give this place a try
I don’t usually have Gino’s but this location blew me away! Pizza was amazing and the staff makes you feel like family
Ok I don't do the review thing but tonight it's a MUST AGAIN.SAM AND JOHN JUST BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER. This place has some stupid tasty pizza pies. So far never been let down. Look for Sam John and YAHYA YAHYA MAKES A MEAN PIZZA. I AM picky about my dough being a little soft. I'm telling you I have never been this surprised and delighted. Do t let this kid walk cause j will come each night he is on
This place is great!!!! Pizza was fantastic and employees were friendly! Will definitely be going back.
Poor customer service. Called to give feedback as the pizza we ordered was whole wheat and we found the pizza to still be raw while we were eating it. The top was cooked but the bottom wasn't. The individual who answered the phone did not present the least bit of empathy but instead argued with me over the phone. I was shocked to hear "I've been making pizza for 16 years, if you don't like it then dont order it". Was not calling to get a new pizza or a refund, just simply reporting my experience. Will not be ordering from here again. Customer service can make or break you and previous reviews attest to this.
New owners, best Gino’s pizza I’ve ever had definitely worth going to!
Pizza was good. I only purchased a slice and a dip. I would have been better to buying a medium whole pizza and having my own dip as both almost cost the same price as walk-in purchased of a medium pizza.
