Fans of Lovecraft may recognize the name of the Gilman House. Some of their gin specialty drinks echo its dark shadows. But you will feel light in this breezy cosmopolitan gin bar in the heart of Tacoma’s Stadium District.
We had an amazing brunch experience. The owner was super welcoming and attentive. The food was stellar! I highly recommend trying this place.
Gilman house is a great spot with a fresh and relaxing atmosphere. Vegan and vegetarian forward offerings but with the option for meat makes it a good option for all sorts. Add in the top rate cocktails and kind and attentive staff and you've got the perfect dinner or Sunday brunch ahead of you.
I had drinks here before and after dinner and then I had their shortcake for desert. It was divine. Gilman House was a great bookend to my night and my friends all had fun, too. I'll be back.
Love the vibe, quaint, but open air quality. Food is prepared with care and is delicious. Servers are genuinely friendly and conversational.
This place is amazing. Love the ambiance. Some of the best brunch I have ever had! Can't wait to try dinner.
