My mom had a cracked window. Called Gilbert Glass, they had someone out the next day to look at it and measure, 2 weeks later they installed. Quick, pleasant, and easy to do business with.
If you're going to use this company and you have milgard windows in your house you should be aware that they do not have the milgard accessories. So although they may be able to replace your glass the accessory such as trim are not available to them. They left my window patch together with some broken trim that was a part of the window before they replaced the glass.
They just installed two shower doors and put glass in our kitchen cabinets in our new home. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, pricing, turnaround time, and quality! The installer, who also came out a couple weeks ago to measure, was very friendly and I felt safe having him do work in our home. We had a great experience with Gilbert Glass and we highly recommend them!
Over the past couple years I've had Gilbert glass replace a few window panes in the house that had gone bad, also replaced several window balances. Gilbert glass is very reasonable on pricing. In fact, the first time they came out and sent me a proposal, I thought they forgot a couple windows. I was expecting it to be more. Everybody I've interacted with here has been nice, professional, very helpful. Completely recommend.
We recently sold our home. An inspection report noted some issues with 5 windows which we were required to replace. Gilbert Glass gave us various options I didn't think we had any other than replace the windows to comply with the report and recommended the most economical and efficient one. The closing was short but the parts were ordered and installed within the time frame we had, a huge relief. The people who did the work were respectful of our space, meticulous in their work and after they cleaned up, other than windows we could see out of, you would not have known they had been there. Would I recommend them, I already have. Thank you Gilbert Glass, you were terrific.
My back sliding glass door was broken and defently needed a new one I looked all around at other glass shops and they were all so expensive and they would not be able to fit me into The schedule for at least a week. I called Gilbert glass and spoke with Brandon and he was able to fit me into the schedule the next day they were even able to work with my work schedule. They sent over a professional respectable worker named Jeff and I could not have been any more happier with my experience with Gilbert glass I would definitely and will use them again without a doubt in the future.
Craig came to our house to replace the gaskets on our shower door hinges. We could not have been more pleased. He was prompt and polite, efficient and competent; he even gave us advice on what products to use to maintain the door. Very happy with the service!
I want to commend Gilbert Glass for their service. I don't even have my new door in yet, because, well, I measured wrong. But, the guys who came out to replace my window, one that was shattered intentionally, they realized I measured wrong and still offered to clean the track in the door and help me get my screen sliding again. They just did it to help out. They said I could choose a different vendor once they find out the cost of my special order, but why would I? Kindness goes a long way.
