Have purchased glass and mirror here several times over the years. The staff have always been very professional and delivery guys very polite and considerate. Excellent prices and advice as well.
Sent a request for a quote via their website. After a few weeks of no response, sent an email to their email address. Still nothing. A few weeks later I followed up with another email. Still nothing. I guess they don't want business. Do not recommend.
Remember when customer service actually mean't something ? I really miss those days , especially after going to Gerrard Glass & being treated so well . It was a real pleasure is all i can say . They went above & beyond to be friendly & be courteous. Excellent staff , well done Gerrard Glass !

The receptionist with the brown hair is so professional and sweet. She was very helpful and I will be coming again !
Aldwin was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond. Very professional and quick. The company was also amazing. They called back very quickly and were kind and professional and answered all my questions.
