Gigi's Cupcakes

I ordered birthday cake for my son's first birthday, on the day of collecting the cake i was upset with 2 things: 1) Wrong name on the cake eventhough they had written the name correctly on paper(this is still fine because mistakes do happen) 2) They mentioned that they will be layering the cake with strawberry but it wasnt. You must stick to what you have committed for.

I was weary about trying a "chain" cupcake place but these cupcakes are amazing! I go to the Wauwatosa location. I eat a lot of cupcakes and these are by far some of the best. They are reasonably priced, super fresh, and the frosting is a mile high!

I got 4 cupcakes when I went there this time. All of were decent but a little dry. I do enjoy the Wauwatosa store, and usually the cupcakes are worth the trip. However this time, I felt rushed in the store. I understand that it can be frustrating to wait for people to make up their mind but i was in the store for about two minutes before asking what my order would be. Might I just note there was no one behind me. I felt completely rushed in the process and the gentlemen behind the counter was rude. If it was my first time there I would have probably picked the first cupcake I saw just so he could stop pressuring me.

We used Gigi's cupcakes (Wauwatosa) for our wedding in November, we purchased 500 mini cupcakes in four delicious flavors. We had nothing but positive experiences from Gigi's in Wauwatosa; from the cupcake tasting, to the delivery to the venue the day of the wedding, to the beautiful display & amazing tasting cupcakes! Mark was awesome with his follow-up before the wedding to make sure everything was in order for the big day. We received so many wonderful comments about how delicious & beautiful they were & we could not have been happier choosing them for our wedding cupcakes. Thank you SO much Gigi's- I highly recommend them!

I bought 4 different flavors at the new Oak Creek location and each one had a weird soapy and chemical-like taste. I asked 3 different people to try them and they all said the same thing (and I didn't tip them off about it before they tried it). They were honestly the worst cupcakes I have ever tasted - which is a disappointment because I was excited about the location.
