I have nothing but rave reviews for Joann, the owner of Giggle Gals! On multiple occasions she has either incorporated clothing I wanted to purchase in an order she was placing for the store or has held items for me until I could pick up the clothing. Joann's customer service is top notch, as well as the quality and prices of items at Giggle Gals. I will continue to spread the word about my wonderful experience at Giggle Gals!
We stopped there after seeing the sign and had to check it out. It is fabulous!! Unique items, sassy and just an all around great girls store for the besties! Great taste in clothes and great customer service! Loved it!
Talking about quick to ship! I ordered an item and literally within 10-15 minutes, I received a text that my order had been shipped. I really appreciated this, as I was contemplating making the drive from a northern suburb to the store because I wanted to expedite this purchase. I can't wait to visit the store in person someday, thank you!
Wow, Fabulous customer service!!!!! JoAnn went above and beyond to help me. I called asking about a specific item, I needed in 7 hours. They were out, however she offered to contact the creator. Within 45 min she had found the item, had the link to pay and a pick up location for when I got off work. You don't find this type of customer service anymore. What a gem!!!! Thank you for making my day! Looking forward to shopping with you again soon.
