Every time I go here this place exceeds my expectations! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly! They carry the best bikes and accessories in the city. I was in today and needed help finding a helmet and some lights. Roy helped me today, he took the time to explain the products to me and helped fit me with a helmet. He was so friendly and answered all of my questions. This is the only place I’ll ever shop for my bike needs!! Thanks again!

Dealt with Neil and Freddie, amazing experience. Had a new rear rim put on my bike, dropped it off when the doors opened at 9:00AM, picked up at 11:00AM. Also had the front tires tube on my stroller replaced, done instantly in their shop. I asked Freddie where to find a junker bike and he gave me a hot lead on a local shop that fills that sort of order for charity. 10/10 these guys have earned my business. Nice shop and selection too.

I've been going there for more than 30 years and Lawrence or Larry in the maintenance department are the best. The best price in town for maintenance. I wouldn't go anywhere else! As far as buying a bike goes, their prices are competitive. They could have a greater selection of starter bikes but have a great selection if you're into high end bikes.

As someone getting their first real adult bike for commuting/recreation, they were very helpful in recommending parts and features (fenders, racks, etc). Very knowledgable staff, with great service.
