Giant Tiger

I went to the Hawkesbury Giant Tiger for the first time as an Instacart Shopper...when I arrived at the door it was 4:45 pm and the lady said we close in ten minutes.. I said okay I'm doing an Instacart order...a nice young man named Vincent offered to help me get my order done quickly. We began picking items together and i was almost done with my shopping when an older lady ...likely the manager said very rudely WE ARE CLOSED! And took my cart away towards the front of the store...I told her I was almost done with my order but she said NO.... you have to leave now!...I was unable to complete my customer's order and had to cancel. The lady was very rude to me and could have helped me to finish my shopping in a couple of minutes...very dissatisfied with this customer service...but I would like to say thanks to Vincent for trying his best to help me.

Excellent. Good friendly staff, manager's and owner Donna Hoffman helped our dog park by buying the biggestnsize on our publicity sign!...Generous!

They removed self checkout. You might be in line for awhile waiting for the employees to finish their conversation.
