A tale of two contrasting approaches to customer service: I dropped of several articles of clothing for cleaning in the morning of Saturday, July 20th. The young Asian lady working there was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She smiled frequently, was polite, and said, "Thank you" when I left. She is a real class act---a portrait of good customer service. She should get a raise. I picked up my clothes in the late morning of Wednesday, July 24th. The older White lady working there did not so much as say, "Hello" when I entered. She barely spoke to me. She never smiled, and actually frowned twice when I asked her two simple questions related to a coupon. I felt like I was a bother for even being there. The whole vibe she gave off made me feel extremely unwelcome. She did not say "Thank you" or anything when I left. She is classless---a training video of what terrible customer service looks like. She should be fired. I don't feel comfortable returning to that location.
My husband sat on railroad ties and got tar on the back of his decent pants. Get Pressed got it 100% out at a very reasonable price. Amazing! Thank you
While the service is very friendly, the business as a whole seems to be lagging behind the times. I asked two different times if they would reuse the hangers if I gave them back before I even took my coat home, and the response was that no, they would just throw the bag and hanger away. They used to recycle, but not anymore. Maybe this is industry-standard, but it seems wasteful and irresponsible. I took a maternity coat in after 3- 4 months of hard wear. One stain wouldn't come out and the pressing on the admittedly cheap fabric was just okay.
Would never return to this cleaner ever again. HORRIBLE customer services. Called to see if my items were done because I was leaving town early and the lady on the phone was downright RUDE and SNOTTY. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
My experience was quite pleasant. Customer service was excellent and they even got the sweat stains out of my cosplay. Not an easy feat mind you.
Customer service was good despite other bad reviews. I dropped my suit off at 11. Same day service requires drop off by 10 but they still had it done by 4pm same day! Will definitely be coming back here.
Very incompetent workers. Also not the friendliest. I can't speak for their dry cleaning services but I have to stop here to pick up my UPS packages. One of my packages, my tracking info showed that it was dropped off in the morning so I showed up in the evening, one of the workers couldn't find it. I returned to my car to call UPS and they stated it should be there and that UPS would have someone stop by this place and let me know. After my call I went back inside and asked the worker to check again, he barely put effort into it and stated again he couldn't find it so I left. An hour later I got a call from UPS that the package is there and after some digging they found my package. Next day I check on Google for their hours so I could pick up my package. Google showed they close at 7:00pm and it was 4:15pm when I showed up. The worker inside stated they closed at 4:00pm... I asked her if I could just pick up my package she said nope. So updating your hours online would be nice and just TAD helpful!!! Stay away from this place. All their workers are not the greatest, one time it was just this young teenage girl and she was sitting on the counter and looked like she had her boyfriend there to keep her company. Pretty unprofessional.
This is a great place to have your clothes cleaned and if you happen to be looking for a job, they are looking for help.
