This restaurant is an international chain and has been around in Toronto for about a year now. The interior is quite nice and really liked how clean it was. I got the original doner with the flaming fries meal. The fries were really good specially with the sauces. The doner was a 4/5 for me. I like the bread a lot! But the meat was a bit dry for my taste. Hence the 4 stars.
Amazing food!! They have a good seating area and excellent customer service. I tried Original German Donor and Nachos. I was totally stunned by the huge portion size and so much meat in it. The only thing that upsets me is that they were out of chicken by 9 pm. Overall, lovely food and ambience.
Ordered the original mix doner. $14 for this sandwich is little expensive, it wasn’t filling. Too dry, with the sauces, veggies, and the meat was not spread equally. 50% of my bites were of meat without veggies and sauces and other 50% I felt like having the bread with bunch of veggies. Their concept is pretty new in Canada so I will say it’s just a one time try!
Very good quality fast food. I've been back multiple times and always had a good experience. The food is tasty, cheap for downtown standards, and made with quality ingredients They're also open till very late. Good for a late night sit down or takeaway
The best kebab I've ever eaten!!! Really delicious. I had 'The Original'. Lovely decor too, very comfortable to eat in. Love the bottle drinks, especially root beer and cane sugar crème.
Can’t say enough good things about German Doner Kebab! Not only is the food delicious, they have been instrumental with supporting nurses. Thank you for supporting hardworking nurses with food - it has brought lots of joy among us! The boss box is amazingly delicious, made with such high quality fresh ingredients and generous portions. Thank you kindly GDK for your outstanding support and generosity for nurses! You’ve earned a big nursing fan base today!
If you’re looking for great quality food & phenomenal customer service this is definitely the place for you I have been here three times in the last week and every time they have not missed. Right down to the little details they have done a phenomenal job. One thing I will say that they shouldn’t charge for the sauce threw me for a little bit of a curveball today but I’ll leave that to head office. But what I will say is come in here try the beef donair the quality is unmatched forget about your favourite Shawarma spot forever
I love this place! Great prices great food! The Original Doner Kebab is huge, filling and I love the crispiness of the bread. It really helps to hold the sandwich together and isn't messy. I highly recommend.
I ordered the chicken doner box with fries and it was very disappointing and absolutely not worth $10.99. It lacked flavour and it just wasn’t a lot of food to fill you up. The concept is cool and the interior is nice but I feel there are much better options to choose from in the area.
First time here and wishing I lived closer so this could be a regular meal. My crew tried the burger, quesadilla, wrap, and traditional kebab. We also had the fried cheese and spring roll apps. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely. The sauces were spectacular. The place was clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would give more than 5 stars of possible.
