A wonderful clinic in Sutton. Friendly receptionists and staff with a clean, modern office. Dr. Saad is hands down the best GP I’ve been to. The walk-in clinic doctors are all very good too. Super convenient with a Pharmacy in the same building. The pharmacy staff are efficient and friendly. I recently had blood work done at the clinic and the online booking system was super easy to use and the technician was absolutely a pleasure friendly, efficient and made the process quick and easy! . Thank you to all staff at Grace for providing excellent health care and service.
I am revising my previous five-star review and reducing it to three stars due to some recent experiences. Firstly, it's nearly impossible to reach anyone at the clinic by phone, which is incredibly inconvenient. Secondly, after having blood work done, the results were never faxed to the doctor as requested. When I followed up, I was told that it's the responsibility of Life Labs to send the report and that the doctor's office would need to contact them directly. This should have been communicated when we first had the blood work done.nnAnother issue arose with my daughter's recent visit. Dr. George initially advised her to return if her cyst persisted. However, when she went back, he directed her to the emergency room as he couldn't help. This information should have been given during the first visit, saving us from an unnecessary visit.nnThat said, I do appreciate the friendly staff, especially Dr. Laura and pharmacist Diana, who made our earlier visits pleasant. The clinic is clean, spacious, and new, and our initial experiences were stress-free.
This is the best walk in clinic in Georgina. The receptionists are extremely professional, polite and friendly. The wait times are reasonable. The space is clean and organized. It even has a small area with books and markers for kids.nI brought my son for a suspected ear infection. The doctor, Dr. Munroe was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was amazing with my son, making him comfortable before examination. She explained absolutely everything and gave care instructions to the smallest detail. I will only be going to this wonderful clinic when needed. Highly recommend!!
I was directed, pleasantly to be able to wright this review. Kudos nThis office is personable, you are not a number, I find all with whom I have contact with very pleasant. Questions are always answered.nWaiting times are reasonable, not like other clinics I have visited.nI would recommend this clinic to anyone.
Wonderful staff and doctor. Didn’t have to wait long! We drove 45 minutes to come to this walk in clinic and so glad we did. Even had a great experience filling our prescription at the pharmacy here!
