Dr Ali was exceptional. I went in for a filling over a year prior to seeing him. Post appointment, I was not able to eat on one side of my mouth because of the painful sensitivity that the pressure caused. Despite many trial and errors with other dentists, Dr Tan was able to fix the problem and respected my desire to not use any freezing agents. The service received from their hygienists and admin staff was also great. I would recommend Georgian Dental on Bayfield.
I have been a long time patient, since they were located on Bell Farm Road. For the last 3 or 4 years my level of dissatisfaction has constantly grown. I have good teeth but have had one cavity for the last few decades that needs some attention every few years. Last August, four full months ago I went in to have some work done on this tooth and another below it that apparently had a cavity too. I've never felt or seen it but they said it was there. I didn't get to see an x-ray. The dentist that sat me down was a young dark haired woman that I've never seen before. She got to work on these two areas and another minor touch up in another spot. My honest assessment is that she botched the procedure and was too rough. She had to redo the top one a second time because the filling didn't stick after the UV exposure. I am in pain every day. I have to eat and drink differently now. Very carefully and only on one side. Anything hot or cold or chewy sets me off like a vice grip on my jaw bone. Drinking liquid at any temperature has to be sipped over to one side. At least they are both on the left. If they weren't I don't know what I'd do. I use sensitive teeth toothpaste but I have never been in this situation in my entire life. She might think she did a good job but I wish I never went in. She was also talking the whole time so I wouldn't doubt that she was distracted. The whole family is switching Dentists.
Chose this dental office for my child's braces and as our family dentist due to positive google reviews. Had constant issues with wires and brackets popping off. Issues with limited parking. Stringent 2 day cancelation policy, calling a day and a half before is not good enough doesn't work well when you have a busy household and kids with dissabilities. Had fillings replaced a few months back and still have issues with sensitivity to pressure, heat and cold, even after they attempted to fix it.
Worst experience ever. I couldn’t be more disappointed with Dr.Tan. I came in for one filling, he was 15 minutes late for my appointment and in a too quick time filled 6 teeth that didn’t need to be filled and drilled down a large molar that I now need a crown by in, it didn’t need to be touched. For more than a year I have had a terrible lopsided bite that has made my TMJ worse . I got a new dentist, someone worthy of trust. I would not recommend Dr.Tan.
They were great… the receptionist was really nice and Fabiana was amazing while taking care of our little daughter, she was explaining everything before treating her. I highly recommend the clinic and Fabiana.
Relaxing and enjoyable experience. I am a new patient and the transition to establishing a family profile was seamless. I’ve experienced a high end professional customer service approach with all staff. The technology is high end and progressive. It feels like you go in to catch up with a friend during your visit. I highly recommend this clinic. Communication and care is fantastic.
Dr Tan and his team are fabulous. They made extra effort to accommodate us at their practice. My daughter is a nervous patient and she left feeling relieved that her procedure went very smoothly. Thank you very much.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Warm greeting from the front desk staff, efficient take in process and a very relaxng and professional environment. I received an excellent cleaning from Chelsea who was very enjoyable to talk to and also very knowledgeable. Dr. Jodery's pleasant manner and examination was reassuring. Life is good! Thank you!
Everyone was so happy and helpful. My first time at Georgian Dental and I was impressed with the new technology! Photo's of my teeth were taken to create a new mouth guard. Amazing
