Altima Barrie Dental Centre

Very poor quality of service. I had a beautiful smile with a tiny unnoticeable chip in my front tooth. They "fixed" it. The filling fell out, along with half of my front tooth. Now I look like a hockey player. I'm not impressed. I will be going elsewhere and hopefully they can salvage my smile... Nobody from management has made any attempt to contact me. I guess I will post before and after pictures next!!

After being at another dentist for 26 years I have decided to go to Dr. Ali and Altima. My partner had teeth extracted there this past week and his anxiety over the operation was quite intense, but the staff at Altima are amazing. They are friendly, they care....there were two follow up phone calls for my partner to ensure he was fine. They have that old fashion sense of pride in their work and they go the extra mile for their patients. Something which was lost at my former dentist when they went urban/glam. As a self employed 61 year old with no dental insurance, Altima also has a financial plan which I can apply for payments. It's nice to know there are still companies out there where the patient comes first!

I haven't been to a dentist in a long time due to anxiety, Dr. Ali was amazing and his assistant, they were very empathetic with my fear and anxiety, patient and removed my wisdom tooth quickly and painless... loved my experience I have found my new family dentist. Their reseptionist was very friendly and helpful as well :-)

Worst experience ever !!! Went into get a filling done. I had my cellphone stolen from another patient while in xrays. Manager Shannon rudely saying to me how rediculous to leave my phone in an unattended area!!!! After making scene to call police and report theft!!! a patient locking up her bike (claims she found it by her bike when leaving) but people in waiting room heard phone ringing!! Made police report for other items stolen (altima dental claims they cannot release patients name to police) Worst dental office ever !

one of those place You pay the good money and get the poor service ever. I had small cavity & filling on the back of my tooth next to canine.the doctor was in some kind of rush ,from one room to other also texting on the cellphone .I did not feel well with the filling at all and it was rough, today in less than a month the filling came out from the area without any direct pressure on it.I am not going there again.
