Excellent Service I just had my home attic insulation topped up and the service was performed by 2 gentlemen - Blake and Attila. Upon arrival they greeted me, introduced themselves by name and went on to explain each step they were going to do. They then placed drop cloths from the door to the work area and went about their work with no drama. At the end, they took the added measure to cleanup, which I particularly appreciated as it is a gesture of delivering an exceptional Customer Excellence. I'm confident the other crews at this company are good but I felt it was necessary I shared the exceptional customer experience delivered by Blake and Attila. Well Done!

We met Glenn at this location and he was through in his explanations and gave us all the time that we needed in the showroom. I appreciated everything that he did and the brochures that he provided us with. He is very personable and professional.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst service ever experienced by a company this big. Completely disregard me as a customer for no reason. Glen was supposed to get back to me with a quote in November 2017. To this day I still haven't gotten a quote. I called and left several messages for him and the owner Paul. Don't waist yours time with a company who doesn't care about customers who don't fork out at least $10,000 for a door. (I did get a door from another company custom made and best customer experience)

Via Home Depot Installations, Had old insulation removed from my attic today by Kris and Blake, they did a great job and tidied up when done. The blown in fibreglass insulation is scheduled to be installed on Friday. I'm hoping the same crew will be dispatched to do the install. Thanks Angela, for contacting the disposal bin company re picking it up.
