Definitely worth a visit if you appreciate greenhouses. Unique well kept selection of plants, helpful staff and very well kept. Can't wait to go back!
Everything a plant lover could want. Smashing poinsettias and so pretty.
I usually have great things to say. However I recently bought 4 impatient plants and they were all full of bugs and have been dying one by one upon getting home. I did not leave them in car, came straight home on a cool day and even let them harden off a bit before planting. I moved the first one away as soon as I noticed hoping the others would be fine. If others note the same it’s possible this started at the nursery. my boyfriend also bought me an arrangement for my birthday- the wrong one was sent and when I received it at the door/it was handed to me not left on stoop - it was nearly frozen, whole thing withered within 2 days and wasn’t cheap- I don’t recommend these guys for arrangements- better luck at Bella flora
Ordered a floral arrangement online to be delivered to our daughter today. Just saw a pic of what she received and the flowers are beautiful! Thank you Georama’s for this great service with short notice. Such a wonderful local family business that has served the Nelson area for generations.

So glad I went with Georama for my sons destination wedding. Imelda was so nice! So Helpful.! So professional. Everyone was happy!!! Bride received what she envisioned Bridal party impressed. Mom & Mother-in-laws expectations exceeded. Groom delighted. Guest wowed. Photographer appreciated professional standards. From baby’s breath in the brides hair and the cake topper, to the alter-vases and bouquets, Imelda knows her profession! We only communicate by phone and text. After sending pictures and comments back and forth and altering my original requests, Imelda totally hit it out of the park!! And to top it off, delivery was hassle free. ... oh ... and the flowers smelled great too!!! I highly recommend Georama as a Wedding Florist!
Very friendly staff. Great place to get dirt or chips. HUGE selection of plants in their many greenhouses.
Ladies were fantastic and knowledgeable help in tree yard. Helped me find perfect tree for all seasons for my Japanese themed garden. Always friendly, helpful and good selection.
This is a beautiful garden center expertly landscaped with a pond and small waterfall. You will find many types of garden plants from bamboo to roses, azaleas and rhodos, to fruit trees and ornamental shrubs. They also have a beautiful selection of pottery and some unusual succulents and cacti in one of the greenhouses. As end of summer approaches the focus shifts to growing poinsettias, but September is still a great time to check out the gardens. Give yourself an hour if you can. One of my favorite places!
