Genisys Credit Union

Friendly staff. Wasn't busy at all when I went in there which I prefer it that way so I was happy. It was quiet and clean. A lovely woman by the name of Lois helped me. She was kind and informative the whole time. Fast but at the same time didn't make me feel rushed. I highly recommend asking for her if you happen to be at this location and in need of services😊

I totally "DO NOT" agree with the negative comments. I have NEVER had a problem with Genisys and I have been with them since 2000 when it was first called "USA FEDERAL C.U.". I even worked for the company then as a mail clerk. I have always been treated professionally and with such respect. I understand people can be human, maybe someone was having a bad day, as we all do. I have also worked in Customer Service for years and you can't please everyone. I will say that I love this bank and I've been to most of the branches and all have been very helpful. Thank you for all the great work you do and am looking forward to many more years!

The negative comments make me laugh. Ive been with Genisys since 1999 when they were T&C and have always had superior customer service. Even when I went through some tough times during the downturns they took care of me. Banks are no comparison to a CU, especially Genisys.

I love my Ladies here! They are always so helpful, understanding, and kind! I wouldn't chose any other place to bank!
