My husband and I run a granite shop in Southwest Michigan and recently contracted Genesee to fabricate a project for us on the East side of the state so our client could go there and make selections, then we did the measure and install. We were very impressed with the quality of their fabrication, attention to detail, and thorough explanation of what they expected from us to be able to get the job done. We worked with Mike A., and will definitely use them again if we have another large project in the area.

Excellent service. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. My counters arrived earlier than promised and the installation crew was delightful.

I would definitely recommend Genesee Cut Stone & Marble. I am from the Waterford area and went to their showroom and was immediately sold! The salesman took time with me and was very thorough meeting all my expectations. Everything ran smooth; from the purchase to the measuring of counters and to the awesome job on the installation; those guys were great!

Buyer beware*** I attempted to do business with them because they were a local business and it turned out to be a nightmare, wasting weeks of our time and delaying our occupancy date. They under quoted me to get my business and then when they sent me the final numbers, some rooms had went up by more then 1,000$ and we didn't change the material. We ended up canceling the order and not doing business with them. Then we came back to add a piece in our closet thinking it would be convenient. Then after looking around at their shop for 10 minutes, they came back and said they can't do business with us because we didn't give them our business the first time and they lost money. Which was ultimately their fault for not having they're ducks in a row the first time and trying to up the bill on us by thousands of dollars at the last minute. Do not waste your time with these guys. Mike Stites was the sales person we had this terrible experience with.

Excellent experience all the way around. From choosing the granite in the showroom, to installation, I am more than pleased. The salesman was helpful explaining the edges available, backsplash and sink. I knew what I wanted going in, so this was not very difficult for me. I ordered two bathroom countertops. They were fabricated quickly, and the installation crew was superb. The removed their shoes, respected my home, and showed up when they said they would. Installation was beautiful and quick. I would go back in a heartbeat.
