Service department wouldn't even consider looking at my older Ford Vehicle, service doucher said it's not something he would be interested bothering with... Oh, I'm sorry to bother you as a prospective customer trying to PAY you to do your job.. I will be telling EVERYONE I know to stay away from this dealership because they aren't interested in being bothered by customers... Get "F"d Delehanty..!!!

The person I dealt with ( heavy set,gray hair fella), didn't seem to care much about customer service. Was there for air bag replacement so there was no money involved so that may have been a factor, but still when I have to spend money I'm likely to go somewhere else.

I called about a Transit 250 van that was posted online with no photo. I asked if it was a low, med, or high roof. Randy told me he thought it was med roof, but would go out to confirm and call me back. He called back confirming it was a med roof. I asked if he was 100% sure before I made the long drive up there to look at it, and again he confirmed it was a med roof. I make the drive only to find they are selling a low roof. What a waste of time and gas. I'll take my business elsewhere. Hopefully where the sales team know their products and/or aren't liars.

Dealerships rely on service as the prices are pretty much fixed and the product is the same. Walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone. That's cool. I proceeded to walk around. I needed the service department. Finally see a guy. He just a looks at me so I engage conversation. He just points in the general direction. I lead myself to service department. Again I have to engage service clerk after I let him stare at me awkwardly. Get one word responses. So I just gave up and left. Small town dealer, would expect the opposite.

Dropped off Ford Transit 02-19-18 today is 03-06-2018 and is still in shop. Should of been a hint when guy writing up service work said we gotta hurry we close in 15min. Called them Monday February 26th said they were waiting on 1 part said it would be done latest March 1st , called March 1st said still waiting on a part we had customers we had on Friday, ask them if Ford would let us use a van or truck to serve our customers he called back later and ford said no and the dealership couldn't either. this time they said it would get done March 5th or 6th called Monday the 5th and he said they got the part in but we are not going to sit around twiddling our thumbs waiting on Ford to get us the part now you are just going to have to wait . Now maybe March 8th or 9th will be done going on almost 3weeks unbelievable I don't write reviews but this is been a nightmare at this dealership. Tony W
