The General Wolfe Inn On Wolfe Island Ontario is please to announce we are under new ownership and management!
Kelly Hale from Jakks Tuesdays in Kingston Ontario is the new operator and he is breathing new life into this historic Inn and Restaurant.

A great spot for excellent food ...service...reasonable prices. It is worth the trip over to Wolfe island to sample this well kept secret....the owners are friendly and are very accommodating. We went there by boat and one of the owners actually came out to help us sick and to let us know they were eager to have ourpatronage. Very welcome in these days and times. Go for a drive...walk over ...take a ferry drive...you won't be disappointed....

Beautiful spot. Plenty of space for everyone. It was a bit too hot but I guess that's our bad for not figuring out the heaters. Bring your own TP.

One month ago, my partner and I were there to order off of the (limited) food and beer menu, but we were both abruptly denied service before ordering a single thing. Why? I was sitting beside a person who looked very vaguely like someone who may or may not have broken some window at some other spot!!! Even if the server was within her rights to cut my partner off based on her (weird, inaccurate) suspicion, why bother with that BS when better beer can be had from better service at basically any establishment on the island with a liquor license? The food is average to sub-par. The menu contains no unique or noteworthy dishes. So, if you hate being pleasantly surprised by food but love being arbitrarily denied service, then pop by the General Wolfe Inn TODAY!!!

I really enjoy this place! The only thing I dislike is the toilet paper... It feels like sand paper.

Always lots of seating. Beautiful building with great views and atmosphere. This place just got new owners and the season is just starting. Every time I have been here the food was great at great prices. They have docks for rent if you come by boat! Oh and lets not forget the pool tables ! There are two dining areas available. Casual and fine dining rooms available for whatever the occasion. I'm looking forward to seeing what the new owners do with the place. I noticed some renovations under way!
