General Consulate of Turkey in Montreal

I've been very pleased with the quality and speed of service at the consulate. The staff is very welcoming and professional. It is wonderful to have access to a full-range of consular services right here in Montreal. Many thanks to all staff members. Keep up the good work!

We love our consulate staffs in Montreal. They are very gentle, helpful and nice but there are one female in the office new staff i think.she doesn't know how to deal with our citizens.. I tried to explain she doesn't want to understand. She explained not understandable and clear same language!! She just want to get rid of us!! I never have an experience like that in Montreal Consulate!!

Worst customer service, they barely understand english and when she couldnt get what i was saying the phone hung up.

Merhaba, I have been to the Turkish consulate in Montréal, few days ago and I want to point out their great service. All the employees are professional and they took all the necessary time to take care of my request. This reflects the efficiency of the Turkish system, So congratulations Türkeye Souad.

Wasn't expecting that level of interest. Maybe our being from NS had something with it. Even the consul general had a chat with us, explaining their plans involving NS. All the staff was so kind and friendly. They did their best to accommodate us after our 12 h driving, this trip being even harder with covid-19 restrictions. They wanted to be sure we did all procedures we needed to do, just not to bother us have another trip soon again. Their helpful and friendly attitude made the hard 2 days-in-total trip bearable and even fun after all.

I was really pleased with the warm welcome and excellent service. All the staff is extremely courteous and professional. As a Turkish citizen living in Canada, I'm proud to have such a helpful consulate. You all made me feel at home, thank you all again.

One of my best experiences .. staff are very kind and supportive .. I’ve applied for a different date of entry visa, and due to the flights reservations I had to change my date of arrival in which flight arrive before the entry date, but staff were so cooperative and that been adjusted for me quickly .. thank you a ton.
