I would highly recommend houses built by Geertsma Homes. From our first meeting to discuss options to receiving our keys, the professional and friendly staff worked hard to build our dream home. Even with our short timeline, they were willing to accommodate us and every thing was finished to the highest quality.

Wolf in sheeps clothing. Very friendly staff who seem helpful but they cheap out on things like wall studs! which makes hanging anything from your wall like big screen tv extremely difficult/risky. They also took things like shower curtains and toilet paper before i moved in which was a first for me. Those things have always been left behind in any of the other homes i have bought or sold. (It doesnt get any cheaper than taking the roll of tp from the roller!) I think they should also do the environment a favour and abandon incandescent lightbulbs since stores aren't allowed to purchase them to sell anymore....and its common knowledge how much more hydro they use in comparison to led alternatives. Hydro consumption and landfill buildup are clearly of no concern.
