Michelle is a disgusting human being who answers the phone and yelled at me and hung up when I told her my brand new furnace still wasn’t working. Then she tried to lecture me about my attitude. I’m angry because my furnace has never worked properly in my new home and I can’t sleep because there is a very loud ticking. Shane said he has had 25 complaints about ticking this year alone because they use cheap duct work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very poor service. They were happy to come out and service my furnace - and yet 2 months later when it failed they told me they don't handle my brand - and if I wanted them to look at it- they would charge 185/HR

We purchased an AC and Propane furnace from these guys and it was all smooth. Great product, great service, no issues... buying a gas fireplace this fall from them as well...

I don't know how the employees of this business got their licenses to do this kind of work. They either don't know what they are doing or they are taking advantage of people that are not familiar with furnaces and how they work. They replaced many parts in less than one winter season for a combined total of almost $3000 and we still had the same issue with the furnace. I called Bentley Heating & air conditioning. One look at it and they knew what the problem was. They replaced the thermostat and the problem was taken care of, We did not have an issue with the furnace after that.Almost $3000 and no solution or $200 and well repaired. You be the judge! Honestly, that's what happened. I would not write this if it did not happen. I wouldn't give them one star as a rating but I had to do it to publish my review.
