I saw Francine for a Mr. Gee facial and had an amazing experience! She was so knowledgable and made it a fun, relaxing time. I came to deal with a breakout and my skin looks and feels way better already. She was also able to recommend a great product to upkeep at home for my particular needs. Stephanie was so kind and thoughtful … I lost my dad two weeks ago and I got kind of emotional. She gave me a lovely face massage and make up application and made me feel a lot better. And she did a great job on my eyebrows.

10/10 with my experience with specialist Valeriia who listened to my needs and wants with both eyebrows and make-up. However, with the rest of the staff, it is clear that if you are not the "clientele" they expect, it's a somewhat cold and isolated experience. The welcome staff was pleasant and offered a drink and coat hang-up. Other than that I felt like I was beneath the rest of the clientele and was brushed aside. One employee moved my backpack away without asking if it was mine and when I said "thank you" she didn't address that. I know it seems petty but I wish they would've asked. I'd visit to see the specialist again but other than that, no thank you. Edit: Owner called and texted with a huge apology. It was very personal and completely resolved the situation. I had a great experience at Gee Beauty. The staff was wonderful and took my coat + gave me a hot tea because it was freezing outside. Valeriia made me feel comfortable, really listened to what I wanted for the shape of my brows and filled them in for me at the end of my appointment too.Service: Eyebrow threading

I left a 5 star review here a few years ago and I am doing the same today. I haven’t been able to get a facial in almost a year due to covid but I order most of my skincare from here and I am always happy. They take the time to send samples which is the single most amazing thing ever because who the heck wants to buy something they’ve never tried!? And with every sample they send I find my self trying new things and am always happy. They also accommodated a promo for a pre order which is so kind and appreciated! I look forward to a day to getting another facial but for now... thank you for sending all the goodies with the goodies. Xo

I ordered products off their website for the very 1st time. It was easy and my products arrived very fast! My parcel also came with great skin care samples. Unfortunately one of the products that I ordered did not agree with my skin no ones fault and I let them know right away and they were so helpful and so proactive. I was immediately sent skin care samples and a handwritten note with what steps to take to help my situation. Gee Beauty is amazing. The space is beautiful, the team is friendly and knowledgable and the product lines they carry are the best. Also - I first had my eyebrows threaded here when I was 16 and now 15 years later they still do amazing brow threading, shaping, and tinting. I also received an eyelash tint which is great for summer or if you want to take a break from mascara. Also highly recommend the skincare- their recommendations are thoughtful and appropriate and using the Skinceuticals and Dr. Sebagh products changed my skin for the better! I had my make up done by Tenbita, can I just say WOW! Every single one of the make up and brow artists at Gee Beauty are so talented and amazing at what they do. It’s so comforting having somewhere to go where you know you are in good hands. I’ve never been disappointed leaving this salon, Christina gave my eyebrows to die for so many times! On this occasion I was having my make up done for a photoshoot, Tenbita slayed it and I felt amazing. Lasted all day and night! I will most definitely be back to have my face painted again hopefully soon. Also a massive shout out to Bessy who is always so helpful and just an all round beautiful human!
