Very refreshing product. Get the shampoo been using it for 8 months now. I see a difference and my hair feels fresh. Even if a small difference still good product. A little on the pricey side but it lasts for a good amount of time. Staff are also friendly and welcoming when you come inside.
It was a very bad experience for me personally. Winnie was the stylist working with me and it was all very rushed she was doing everything as fast as possible just to sit down and look at her phone. I was paying for a relaxing moment for myself and it was completely the opposite. The treatment itself was okay but nothing that is described in the website is true, the massage was barely 2 minutes or less again as I said it was all rushed. Not a good experience if you are looking to relax as well as clean your scalp definitely by the service given not worth the price.
I had an amazing experience with Winnie performing my scalp detox and blow dry. Everything was explained to me beforehand and during the process so I was fully informed throughout. The before and after pictures are SHOCKING. What a great service, literally a facial for your scalp. Will be back for sure!
My treatment was so refreshing and relaxing! My scalp has never felt so clean and fresh in my life. I loved all the massage elements and and any kind of exfoliation. Really nice staff as well and look how bouncy and healthy my hair looks now! 10/10!
I had a great experience with Mabi, she explained what she was doing at each step and my scalp felt so light and clean at the end of the service. She found out that I was hosting a birthday party that night and added on a blow dry and hair straighten as a birthday gift. Will definitely be coming back!
Really great experience. I was interested in the process of a scalp facial but didn’t know what to expect. The process is a VERY in-depth treatment and as someone with curly hair I didn’t know if my hair would respond well to the treatment or if it would be dry. At the end of the treatment my hair was SO soft I was blown away by the texture, with no product in it. And my scalp feels like it’s breathing. The whole concept makes total sense, I mean seriously shampooing your hair is not cleaning your scalp let alone deep cleaning your scalp. Happy I went & will definitely go back. Thank you!
Nothing too special. It could have been due to the person who did my hair Wint but she was very rough in doing my hair and fast. Their website lists out 4 “steps” that they follow but i didn’t even get an assessment of my hair before and after and she didn’t even tell me about what I could improve on either. I came to the salon at roughly 2:45 for my 3pm appointment and was seen at 3. My appointment ended 15 minutes early compared to the one hour the website stated.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SO RUDE. I would give 0 stars if I could! I was scheduled to go in on the 25th early morning. Toronto was hit with a bad ice storm on the 24th. I called on the 24th to inform them I could NOT make it multiple times and left a message as no one picked up. The following day I also kept calling to inform them and reschedule. The lady picked up an hour after my appointment saying I could not reschedule with the same deposit. SHE INSISTED THAT IF SHE HAD TO COME IN TO WORK I ALSO HAD TO COME FOR MY APPOINTMENT DURING A STORM. She was not willing to accommodate and hung up on me. So rude and disrespectful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
It was my first time hearing scalp facial treatments. So I booked it! The treatment was done by Mabi! It was one of those relaxing and calming experiences that anyone need to have at least once. The difference could visibly seen after the treatment! The blowdry after the treatment was great also. I learned a lot about my hair and how to take care of it. Thank you Mabi for making this experience memorable for me
It was my first time getting a scalp facial and it was amazing! The staff were so nice and accommodating I had two who were helping me, Valerie and Winnie I believe. Both ladies were nice and welcoming. The scalp massage was soooo relaxing and I enjoyed every step of the process. I opted out of the blow dry service and just went for the basic instead but Winnie went above and beyond and fully dried my hair! I would definitely recommend coming here to get a nice analysis of your scalp and get your hair treated! My before and after photos of my scalp showed a hugeeee difference!
