Location is good, service was very poor, cleanliness was very poor, does not take covid saftey serious. There where dirty close in our bed, management needs proper training. Our stay was below average. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Cleanroom and nicely situated. The only thing disappointed in is 24$ for the parking and not indicated on website

Very nice Modern Hotel in the heart of Vancouver downtown. Within walking distance of most attractions. Next to White Spot restaurant where you can get a nice breakfast and coffee in the morning. Well-maintained rooms with modern decor. Very comfortable bed.
The beginning and end of our Contiki trip. This hotel has great amenities and facilities and is in a convenient location. Service is very friendly and hospitable. The view from the common room at the penthouse is amazing. Breakfast was average, didn’t get a chance to try the lunch or dinner menu.
Service is very poor... no accommodating at all. Later in our stay, we found dirty clothes from another resident inside of our bed. Horrible experience. Would never recommend.
