Awesome stay! Great service and the employees were really respecting COVID protocols. Felt safe while there. Location close to everything. Views were a great bonus too.
Like the curved floor to ceiling view of the city from my room. Toiletry kit in the bathroom does not reflect the hotel's stature. No wow factor upon entering the room. Did not feel the class of the hotel I thought it will be.
Do you dream of being treated like a queen or a king? This hotel makes you feel that way. The service is exceptional and you will feel special. Surprisingly the food here is exceptional and unusually good for a hotel. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
They “lost” our reservation. We had the paperwork proving our booked deluxe room with a king sized bed. They gave us a room, and when we saw it it was very tiny with 2 twin beds. The guy at the front desk wasn’t helpful. He seemed a bit dim. And FYI they charge $42 a day for parking. I would give zero stars if I could.
Very chic hotel located in downtown Vancouver. Their room is spacious and elegant with view into the city. Wall to celings glass make the room bright and cozy. Easy access to waterfront and beaches.
