While not the newest facilities, the unit we rented was clean. The staff are great, friendly and very responsive. We contacted them by phone several times and our questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The units are conveniently located at the I-71 and Rt 18 in Windfall, OH just next to Medina.

Great place to store a trailer. Security was good and the customer service is good.
