Dan is wonderful to work with! We had an emergency early on a Saturday morning - we had rented at a closer facility and the code they gave us for the gate didn’t work and we could not reach anyone. The movers were coming and we needed a unit right then at 7 am on a Saturday AM and Dan called me back and set everything up so we didn’t have any delays on the move! He is a lifesaver and the unit was clean and easily accessible with the moving truck. So happy with the experience so far! Thank you!

HORRIBLE! Think your all set up to have a storage unit but nope noone is there to open the gate. Not a good bussiness owner rude to customers! Not really open 24hours!

Very lousy "security" and has an owner who could seriously do with some education on customer service.

I store my boat here. I live south of Medina and it's easy to pick up my boat from DanCal and head up to Lake Erie. Never had a issue with access. Decent price too.
