Gastrotruck

We hired Gastrotruck to cater our May 21, 2021 wedding and it was amazing! From the private dinner tasting Covid to the amazing food our guests raved about, Catherine was great to work with! She made our WI/MN border battle dinner come to life and having the food truck really made my carnival-esk wedding dreams come to life!

Gastrotruck recently catered our wedding and WOW - it was delicious! Their service was fantastic and everything went better than we could have even imagined. This food truck was amazing! Thai Chicken sandwich, beer cheese nachos, and the pasta salad were soo good. This food truck was the best food I ate all weekend on vacation.

Gastrotruck provides the food for our daughter’s wedding and it turned out terrific. The food was great and having a food truck there serving the food was so much fun. Awesome food - super environmentally friendly - fantastic staff. Had them cater a business meeting for lunch - they came in and set everything up and cleared everything out seamlessly and even composted all the waste!
