Spectacular view of Winona from the top of the bluff! A must-see for any visitor. I make a point of going up there every time I make a trip to SE Minnesota.

A must to view the sunrise and sunset at Garvin. Definitely worth the effort. You really didn't go to Winona if you haven't gone to Garvin.
