Called to ask a few questions, and the receptionist and Philip were both exceptionally rude. Seriously surprisingly rude from the very first word when the call was picked up. Definitely won't be giving these people my business. Also, all but two reviews being 5 stars, and posted at about the same time? Suspicious to me. Many of the reviews seem fake, and the customer service confirms that. Beware, go elsewhere. Edit. The owner responded and said he doesn’t remember talking to me. Not sure how he would know as I never gave my name, and just asked a few general questions to which I never got real answers? No I didn’t ask him to “find my tax return”.

Mr. Garnett was a huge help to my husband and I. He took care of our tax issues quick and efficiently. We will be forever grateful to him, and a client for life!!

I will be paying someone to check the work that this guy did for me. He seems unable to explain anything sufficiently and is fairly rude in the process. Avoid at all costs! Further comment 5/29: He figured out who I am and called to see if I wanted to come in. Sorry bud, if you want forgiveness find a priest. Your behavior has consequences, instead don't be a jerk in the first place.
