Our new favourite spot in the village! Family friendly and wonderful staff. This spot is also accessible for those with mobility issues. Portion sizes for lunch are perfect and the views can't be beat!
With friends and family it is the best place to have a meal. It’s a spacious restaurant with lots of seating options - either at the tables or bars, at the bar itself or in the middle of the cafe watching the skiers outside or the winter sports videos on the wall TVs. The restaurant has a split level and it is fun to watch a colorful array of sport attire on people and a large variety of food served next to your sitting place. We ordered a wild mushrooms and truffle soup, an ahi crunch roll, and ahi poke bowl. Wow! What a wonderful presentation and fresh taste! Mushroom soup was very savory and was accompanied by 2 crispy bread slices. The restaurant was very busy, it took about 25 minutes before our food arrived. Meanwhile, we were served with water and my tea pot arrived within 5 minutes. It is actually very good to have time and a hot tea before the food - making the meal more anticipated and joyful. The music played was very active, making you want to get up and dance. Awesome food and overall experience! If we would have more days at Whistler, we would definitely come here again! Hope you will too!
Great atmosphere but very busy place, hard to get good spot outdoors. Food was tasty and service was ok. Waffles fries and the best.Food: 5/5
Used to be the preferred Apres of Skiers. Now it's populated by people who look like they haven't skied. No comraderie or talk about the ski day between tables. It's all sofa, sheepskin rugs and fire tables. However, GLC still makes the best Caesars Food: 4/5
Burger for $26,- over salted and the taste was lower average. Didn’t accept the bike-park full season pass discount. Even on a patio outside are!!!!, they don’t allow dogs. My emotional supportive dog had to be outside - in front of the patio. Few years ago it was an amazing place, but now - It was probably last time I was there.
My wife stopped in here for an early lunch after a long morning on the slopes. The food was great, and sitting outside near the fire was comfortable. Some other people were seated with us at the fire pit, and were very friendly. It's a great atmosphere overlooking the slopes, and the set up encourages meeting people and being friendly. Good food, good views, and decent prices! The mushroom soup was very filling, we should have gotten a smaller size! The sandwich and tacos that we got were very good.
We came here after a day skiing. The staff were kind and sat us right away. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Best fries we found in the village. My wife and I ordered a tuna dish that was fantastic. Will definitely go back if we are in town again.
Great lunch or dinner spot near gondola with tasty food and bountiful drink options. Great vibe!!!Food: 5/5
Great place for food right on the slopes! Nice outdoor heated seating. If you eat one thing in whistler, make it the butter chicken poutine. It may be my favorite food on the planet. It's delicious. You will want to order a second one. There won't be any leftover. Fun place for aprés ski, usually have a dj and lights going. Staff is friendly and fun. Definitely a staple of our visits to Whistler.
We really enjoyed lunch here. Great food and great service.Food: 5/5
