The Atrium - highly recommendable! Alex the owner and his team are exceptional! The hospitality is superb.. they walk the talk - "exceeding expectation!" I loved to call The Atrium a "hidden gem" because of the gorgeous venue, the beautiful suite with breakfast & lunch service, the excellent team who put their passion and dedication on their assigned task, the generous servings of delicious foods everyone so much enjoyed, and most of all the outstanding hospitality and professionalism... only we experienced at The Atrium! We really appreciate Alex for his kindness and generosity, and forever thankful for all the unexpected things he provided for us. He genuinely cares for his team and especially for us to have the best service exceeding expectation. My daughter's debut 18th birthday on March 2022 was not only a successful event but a blessed celebration!

We booked our wedding with the atrium right before the pandemic started, they kept in constant communication with us over the course of almost two years and even though you never knew what the protocols were going to be they stayed positive and kept the excitement going for our wedding. We had both the ceremony and reception at the Atrium and paid for the stress free wedding package, and while it is a bit expensive it is definitely worth it if you want to have the entire wedding experience, I felt like royalty that day the staff are genuine in their attempt to make your day perfect. the atrium even goes as far to ensure their outside vendors are as good as their staff, the florist work is beautiful and she will work in any budget, I also got my hair and makeup team from there recommendation and they were great and reasonably priced. And while the halls are beautiful and the staff amazing one of the best parts is the food, this does not taste like your typical wedding food it is fresh and delicious and it will have your guests talking about it for months as mine have been. If you are looking for the whole package and to have a wedding your guests will call the best wedding they have ever been too then book with the atrium.

Where do we even begin! We became part of The Atrium family in 2019 for our wedding in 2020 and we all know how 2020 & 2021 went! We were FINALLY able to proceed with our wedding in March 2022 and WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Throughout our 3 year journey navigating through a global pandemic and first time planning a wedding, Alex & Kylie were right beside us every step of the way. As a highly organized person, it was a breeze working with The Atrium team who were also highly organized before, during and after our special day. We felt supported, appreciated, valued, and heard throughout those unprecedented 2 years. When we were finally able to resume planning, we did so with great excitement. I describe our wedding day as’ magical’. From the moment I walked in that morning to the moment we were dropped off at the hotel, we felt like royalty – nothing but red carpet service for the entire event. Let’s talk food … WOW WOW WOW - exceptional quality, amazing plating, large portions, mouthwatering flavour – everything was to die for! Our guests are still raving about the food! We hosted a fun and beautiful baby shower at the Atrium. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the venue, the meal and the service. Highly recommend the Atrium. The whole team is fantastic and they take care to ensure everything is done well.

Alex and his team truly delivered nothing but outstanding hospitality and professionalism from our first meeting up to our wedding day. They were very accommodating and they helped bring our vision to life. The food at The Atrium is just outstanding, the decor is stunning and the Stress Free Wedding Package made our experience seamless. We can’t thank you enough for making our special day perfect! August 2022: We had our wedding at the Atrium on August 7th 2022. We had been planning for this day since December of 2020 and booked it in the heat of the pandemic. Alex always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and excited during the pandemic planning our wedding - we always had some sort of planning to look forward to and he always was willing to set time aside to meet with us and our families. It has been a few weeks since our wedding and we are still getting rave reviews and feedback from our guests - several people have said that it was the best wedding they have attended and the food is the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The Atrium staff made everyone feel welcome and were respectful, kind, and professional at all times. We had our ceremony off site, but when we returned we were greeted with red carpet entrance and the head bartender, Patrick, had our signature drinks for us to taste and be sure that the recipe was as desired. Afterwards Alex walked us through the reception area for an untouched view of the space - after dreaming of my wedding since I was a little girl, I could not help but get emotional because everything matched every dream I could have had for our special day. Alex went above and beyond to assure that everything was as we pictured and even had a few special surprise touches for our day which showed how much he listened to our conversations and got to know us as a couple. We cannot forget to bring special mention to Tanner, who always provided the best service from Valentines day catering pick up, personal assistant at our intimate ceremony, served our food at the tasting, served at the bridal shower and the head table at the wedding. I can assure you that if you choose the Atrium for any special event, you will have an unforgettable experience and your guests will go on about it for weeks. We cannot wait to hold future events at the Atrium and look forward to many years being part of the Atrium family. Thank you Alex and team!!! July 2022: After all the detailed planning for our wedding and how Alex went above and beyond for a small intimate ceremony, we had to have my bridal shower at the Atrium too. Alex made sure to help plan an event that felt completely different from our wedding coming up in August - we had a buffet style with an incredible selection of food and an incredible dessert table. The venue looked terrific and was beautifully set up. Staff were excellent and welcoming to our guests. We cannot wait for our wedding! March 2021: If you want to feel like a princess on your wedding day... look no further!! We booked the Atrium for our wedding in 2022 because of so many reasons - amazing food, attention to detail, and wedding package like no other. We recently found out my Nana would not make it to our wedding next year and were in a pinch to have a quick ceremony so she could be there. Alex was so wonderful in helping coordinate this day for us in ONE WEEK. He offered to contact all the vendors I wanted there to discuss the circumstances so I wouldn’t have to worry about the planning while under so much stress after receiving my Nana’s poor prognosis. He even worked with my budget because this was so sudden and we didn’t have time to save. This day could not have been more perfect for us. Everything went so smoothly, the food was amazing, and I truly felt like a princess on my wedding day. It was the most amazing experience and it helped knowing everything was taken care of for me. This wedding makes us even more excited to be part of the Atrium family

I cannot recommend The Atrium enough! Alex and his team made the wedding planning process super smooth and easy. As part of the all-inclusive package, Alex coordinated with all of the vendors food & cake in-house, limo, DJ, florist, etc. which saved us a lot of time and stress. He was accessible to us throughout the entire planning process and kept our timelines on track. On the day of the wedding I was able to relax and get ready in the bridal suite knowing that the staff had everything well under control and they set up the ceremony room and the reception room without my assistance or input needed. The most important part: All of our guests raved about the food! Impossible to overstate how great the meal service was from start to finish. Every staff member personal assistants, servers, bartenders was professional and attentive and made the day go super smoothly. Thank you again for making our day so special!

We were fortunate to be able to celebrate with our friends and family at Atrium Banquet Centre in Burlington. From the first phone call right to the very last email, we were met with outstanding customer service and wonderful staff who exceeded all our expectations. The “wow” factor of the hall setup and centrepieces was out of this world the moment we stepped into the hall. The food…. Best Caesar salad ever! There was so much food and all of it was absolutely phenomenal- definitely not what might be expected in a standard banquet hall setting. We are so happy that Alex was able to take that first call, because it was the start of something magical!

We booked our wedding at the Atrium during the pandemic in August 2020. We were quite apprehensive with the constant shifting changes in guidelines. Alex and his team and their level of hospitality was unmatched. They constantly kept us up to date, and continuously reassured us when anxiety was at an all-time high. Alex and Kylie hold your hand every step of the way and ensure your wedding day is everything you ever dreamed of. Alex and his staff make every effort to make you feel like royalty on your wedding day. When you walk into the venue the first word that comes to mind is breathtaking. The cocktail hour space raises your guest’s expectations, but once the doors to the main ballroom open, all eyes go to the MASSIVE glistening chandelier and your mouth drops. The ceiling literally sparkles alongside the two beautiful chandeliers outlining the stunning glistening backdrop behind the head table. The food was exceptional, with large portions, and unbelievable mouth-watering flavour. When speaking to our guests they are still raving about the food. I personally am still dreaming about the Gnocchi. We would highly recommend the Atrium to any wedding reception. It was truly the best day of our lives.

I wanted to share my experience I had at a wedding I attend at the Atrium last month. I was so impressed by the white glove service we had all night, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. And I have to mention Tanner, the manager at the Atrium, he went out of his way to get a couple of chocolate milks for my boy’s. The food was plated and it was absolutely delicious. You can tell the ownership really cares about providing an all around great experience for us and all the other guests. It’s most definitely one of the most beautiful venue I’ve been to, highly recommended.
