Been a customer for over two years and they are the only ones that know how to dry clean clothing in Klamath Falls, Oregon...

I used to use these guys all the time, and was pretty happy with them.  I stopped using them when I picked up my clothes and my FAVORITE black turtleneck sweater was missing.  In its place was a purple mock turtleneck sweater that was NOT mine.  I returned the purple sweater, but have never been notified that mine ever made it back to the store.  I was also never offered any compensation whatsoever - not even the price of the cleaning for the missing sweater.  I won't be using these guys again - at least with not my really good clothes.
